Cancel Your Subscription
Go to Settings and click Cancel. You'll pick a reason, and that's it. You keep full access until your current billing period ends, so you're not losing anything you already paid for.
When your period ends, your account drops to Basic (50 sellers, no Stealth Intelligence). Your data, sellers, products, and filters all stay saved. Nothing gets deleted.
If you come back later, just pick a plan at checkout and everything will be right where you left it. Note: previous promo codes don't carry over to a new subscription.
Pause Your Subscription
Need a break but don't want to cancel? Click Pause in Settings. Your billing stops for 30 days and your account is frozen, no charges, no access changes during that time.
After 30 days your subscription automatically resumes and billing picks back up. You can also resume early anytime if you want to jump back in sooner.
Your data stays safe the whole time, just like with cancellation.
