Getting Started

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Welcome to Stealth Seller\\!

Here's how to get set up and start finding profitable products.

Step 1: Add a seller

From the sidebar, go to Seller Explorer. Paste an Amazon Seller ID and hit Add. The system will start pulling that seller's products automatically. You can track up to 50 sellers on Basic, 100 on Mini Ultra, or 500 on Ultra.

Step 2: Browse products

Once a seller is added, their products will appear in your product feed. This can take a few minutes depending on how many products the seller has. You'll see pricing, sales rank, and other key data for each product.

What to expect with the initial sync:

When you first add a seller, the system loads all of their existing products at once. This means your first batch of products will all show the same timestamp. This is normal. After that initial load, the system checks for new products every 8 hours. From that point on, only genuinely new listings will appear with fresh timestamps. Each seller syncs independently, so adding a new seller later won't affect the timestamps of sellers you've already added.

Step 3: Use filters to find opportunities

Use Smart Filters in the sidebar to search your product feed in plain English, like "products under $20 with sales rank under 50k." You can also set manual filters to narrow things down.

Step 4: Watch the tutorial

We have walkthrough videos on our YouTube channel that cover everything from adding sellers to using advanced features. Check the link in your welcome email or search "Stealth Seller" on YouTube.
