Your seller list is the foundation of Stealth Seller. Here's how to manage it.
Adding a seller:
Go to Seller Explorer in the sidebar, paste an Amazon Seller ID, and hit Add. The system validates the seller and starts pulling their products right away. You can track up to 50 sellers on Basic, 100 on Mini Ultra, or 500 on Ultra. If you're at your limit, you'll need to remove or pause a seller before adding a new one.
Your product feed:
Your product feed shows products from all your active sellers combined in one view. It's not separated by seller. If you only see products from one seller, check that your other sellers are set to Active (not Paused) and that they have recent product listings.
Pausing and resuming sellers:
You can pause a seller to stop syncing new products from them. Their existing products still show in your feed, but no new ones will come in. Resume anytime to start syncing again.
How syncing works:
Active sellers sync automatically every 8 to 24 hours depending on seller activity. Sellers who post new products frequently sync more often, while less active sellers sync less frequently. New products appear in your feed as they're processed. You don't need to do anything manually.
Initial sync and timestamps:
When you first add a seller, the system does an initial sync that pulls all their current products at once. This means you'll see the same timestamp across all your new sellers since that's when we first grabbed their data. After 24 to 48 hours, timestamps start reflecting each seller's actual posting activity as we track new updates individually.
Product data like monthly sales, number of offers, and buy box info takes a bit longer to populate for newly synced products. If your filters aren't showing fresh results right away, this is usually why. The data fills in as the system processes the backlog. You can widen your filter criteria temporarily (lower minimums) to see newer products while data catches up.
Adding new sellers daily is totally fine. Each new seller goes through the same initial sync, then tracks individually going forward. Your older sellers are already tracking properly.
Removing a seller:
You can remove a seller from your list. Their products will stop showing in your feed. If you change your mind, you can always re-add the same seller later.
Filtering by seller:
You can filter your product feed to show products from a specific seller using the filter options in the UI. This is useful when you want to focus on one seller's inventory at a time.
