Getting started with your account
Sign up with Google or email, then pick a plan to activate your subscription. You can choose Basic, Mini Ultra, or Ultra, and pay monthly or yearly.
Managing your subscription
You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or pause your subscription anytime from Settings. For details on how each option works, check our How to Cancel or Pause article.
Updating your payment method
If your payment fails or you need to update your card, go to Settings and click Manage Billing. This opens your billing portal where you can update your payment method, view past invoices, and manage your subscription details.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your subscription goes to past due status. You'll get a link to update your card. Once updated, Stripe will retry the charge automatically. Your access continues while payment is being retried.
Billing currency
All Stealth Seller plans are billed in USD. Your bank or card issuer automatically converts the charge to your local currency at the time of payment. The exact amount in your currency may vary slightly each month based on the exchange rate. We don't currently support billing in other currencies.
Resubscribing after cancellation
If you cancelled and want to come back, just go through checkout again and pick your plan. All your previous data (sellers, products, filters) is still saved and will show up once you're active again. Note: previous promo codes don't carry over to a new subscription.
Profile settings
You can update your name, profile image, country, experience level, email notifications, and preferred zipcode from your profile. Changing your country affects your marketplace (see our Marketplace and Region Settings article).
